Chief Administrative Officer

DIVISION: Administrative and Finance  STATUS: Plantilla  SALARY: SG 24 ( PHP 98,185 )


PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: FDCP Central Office - Makati

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee activities related to accounting, budgeting, procurement, personnel management, and other administrative support functions.  
  • Develop a comprehensive personnel development program designed to enhance employee effectiveness and improve morale.  
  • Review the council’s annual budget and determine funding requirements for transactions, implementing controls to ensure appropriate expenditures.  
  • Examine and certify disbursements to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with governmental regulations.  
  • Represent the council in official financial and budgetary matters with the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Congress, the Senate, and other governmental entities.  
  • Provide technical assistance to various offices, divisions, units, and management.  
  • Contribute to strategic planning by proposing solutions to identified issues and recommending improvements to management practices.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree or a Certificate in Leadership and Management issued by the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
  • Completion of a minimum of forty (40) hours of supervisory or management training and development within the past five years.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Attainment of Career Service Professional/Second-Level Eligibility.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in accordance with Republic Act 1080 is preferred.
